The German variety "Dornfelder" is particularly well suited to transporting the aromas of the grape into the juice due to its strong texture. Grapes from the Bornheim and Aspisheim vineyards in Rheinhessen were pressed for this juice. A wonderful non-alcoholic accompaniment to meat dishes and cheese. The van Nahmen cider and private winery in Hamminkeln in the Rhineland has developed a special process in recent years that allows grapes to be pressed in their pure form, while retaining the full typicality of the grape variety in the juice.
