This Franciacorta is truly different! These young entrepreneurs are breaking new ground! It starts with the fact that this Champagne-style Franciacorta is aged exclusively in steel tanks. Some may miss the familiar barrel aroma. But we are simply thrilled.

The grapes are selectively harvested by hand (in baskets of up to 18 kg) between late August and early September. Average annual production is 15,500 bottles - 250 magnums - yield per hectare: 95 quintals of grapes / ha = 55 hl / ha. These new approaches in Franciacorta thus clearly distinguish themselves from wineries like Ca'Del Bosco.
