The meatless version of Ragus Bolognese can be traced back to 1886. Classically, Friggione is made from white onions, the best peeled tomatoes, olive oil and garlic and can be used pure or as a base for a homemade Ragus.

Ingredients for 100g: tomato puree 60g, onions 53g, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic.
Store in the refrigerator after opening.
