Fettuccine is a particularly wide ribbon pasta, which at 8 mm is 3 mm wider than tagliatelle. This pasta comes from Italy and is made from the best durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. It takes 5 minutes to cook. It goes well with all pasta sauces.
