Elicoidali are tubes with a diameter of around 1 cm and a length of 3-4 cm, which other manufacturers also sell as Rigatoni. Elicoidali have straight ends and a ridged structure. They are suitable for dishes where the sauce has a rather coarse structure. This pasta comes from Italy and is made from the best durum wheat semolina, but without eggs. The cooking time is 9 minutes.
