The fascinating thing about the subject of gin is that there is so much scope for creativity. This is precisely one of the reasons why we are constantly reinventing ourselves and daring to try new experiments. Not only is the base alcohol made from regionally grown potatoes from the Volcanic Eifel the basis of all our spirits, but we also like to try new things and let our imagination run wild. The result of such an undertaking is this exotic novelty full of potential.

The fusion of the Windspiel London Dry Gin from regional potato cultivation and high-quality botanicals with the coffee distillate from the low-acid Arabica roast surprises with an exciting, stimulating taste experience, spicy, caramelly, with an intense coffee note.
The high-quality coffee distillate is made from a low-acid Arabica roast from the Fazenda Caxambu in Brazil. The fine coffee beans meet the other ingredients and give the Windspiel London Dry Coffee Gin its unmistakable aroma. Caramel and a fine bitterness of roasted aromas and nuts go hand in hand with a spicy undertone. The intense, soft coffee note goes surprisingly well with the juniper berries in the taste.

What is special about the Windspiel Premium Dry Caxambu Coffee Gin is not only the marriage of German premium London Dry Gin and exquisite Arabica coffee beans from South America. We have therefore entered into a collaboration with the Dauner coffee roastery because, like us, they swear by sustainability and environmental awareness. With their Talhão® philosophy, they act sustainably, transparently and socially responsibly. High quality also plays an important role - just like with the London Dry Gin from Windspiel. The novelty with an authentic coffee taste can be used to mix cocktails if desired, but it also cuts an excellent figure on its own. The caramel, gentle character of the light roast "Caxambu Mild" harmonizes wonderfully with the typical gin aromas. Our dream couple of gin and coffee should therefore be considered a class of its own.
