The vintage vodka.
Only particularly starchy potatoes of the Pirol variety are used for the barrel-aged vodka. They are planted in the Eifel and processed in a special process with five fine spirits to produce an alcohol that is delicately mild and reflects the characteristics of the potato. After several months of storage in ash barrels, the combination of delicate mildness and noble potato notes comes out even better.
