This organic-biodynamic Gavi comes from the Tassarolo region. The vineyard faces south-west at an altitude of 300 m above sea level. Terroir: limestone and clay soil, which allows a good presence of minerals. The vineyard area is 22 hectares. The grapes are harvested very selectively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control using only natural yeasts from the cellar.
The wine has a bright light yellow color and a floral scent of fresh stone fruit. It has an excellent structure and balanced acidity with a nice length.
