Grey salt from the Atlantic with black truffles.
This truffle salt is suitable for seasoning and flavoring cold and hot dishes: pasta, egg, potato, and vegetable dishes, meat and fish tartare or carpaccio, as well as salads and cheese. It's excellent on sushi and foie gras.
Ingredients: Grey salt from Guérande FR (Atlantic) 99%, freeze-dried black truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) 1% (equivalent to 5% fresh truffles), flavorings.
Store in a cool, dry place.
