Preparation of butter and summer truffle.
Cream butter, freshly processed every day, is mixed with finely chopped summer truffles in a butter churn. Ideal for refining pasta sauces. Also tastes great with meat or eggs.
Store in the refrigerator.

96.2% BUTTER, 2.9% summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), flavouring, preservative: sorbic acid.
Properties: Protein from animal milk.
