Manna is a very special wine. It has been around since 1995 and is a blend of Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon, and, since 2013, Kerner, with a small amount of Riesling and Gewürztraminer added.

350 to 800 meters above sea level for the vineyards.

The Chardonnay is completely fermented in barriques, the Sauvignon partially.

10 months on the fine lees.

Initially golden yellow, the wine develops into rich yellow and gold tones with age. A bouquet of elderflowers, pistachios, and delicate rose petals, as well as a voluminous yet smooth mineral body.

Very storable and goes particularly well with Japanese cuisine.
