The name Rubesco is derived from the Latin "rubescere" = to blush.
The Sangiovese is grown at an altitude of about 300 meters.
In the glass it appears deep ruby red with violet reflections.
Elegant and complex nose with typical Sangiovese sour cherry on the foreground. Some floral violet notes and some cocoa and coffee from the wood. Spicy finish with notes of pepper and cloves
Maturation in 50hl barrels and fine-grained oak barriques for a total of approx. 12 months.
