A cuvée made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir.
A blend of different vintages from the estate's 7 Crus in Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry, Avenay Val d'Or, Val des Marais and Vaunciennes.
The base wine is from 2020 and forms the basis of this champagne, with 60% coming from that vintage. The remaining 40% was carefully selected from reserve wines, half of which are aged in demi-muids.
This unique champagne underwent complete malolactic fermentation after spontaneous fermentation and was bottled in May 2022 without fining or filtration. Aging on the lees lasted between 20 and 32 months.
