6gThe Brut Majeur is the perfect representative of the AYALA style. The house's emblematic grape variety, Chardonnay, is found in this cuvée at 55%. All the clarity and elegance of Chardonnay are expressed in this wine.
The low dosage and the vinification in 120 small stainless steel tanks also represent the search for simplicity and guarantee the preservation of primary aromas. A three-year maturation period provides the final touches to this balanced, precise and elegant cuvée, which has great finesse.
Assèmblage of 43% reserve wines from 70 different vineyards of the winery from the vintages 2019-2016.
