A wonderful, finely fruity quality, for which the peppers were hand-picked and ground with a stone mill. Depending on your preference, sweet peppers go well with duck, cream cheese, most pulses, rice and vegetables. The fruity spice goes well with chicken, beef and veal. A tip from Ingo Holland: peppers generally do not like strong heat, otherwise they become bitter.
