Black summer truffles cut into wafer-thin slices are preserved in olive oil and with a pinch of salt. Excellent with cheese, pasta or meat dishes.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use as soon as possible.

Ingredients: Summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum), olive oil, salt, flavouring.

Store in a dry, cool place and protect from light.
