Mushroom sauce with white truffles.
It's a classic: white truffle (tuber magnatum) and mushrooms make this wonderful sauce, which is used in many different ways in Italian cuisine. It goes particularly well with egg dishes, pasta and white meat.
Store in a cool place after opening.
Ingredients: 54.1% mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), olive oil, 1% white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico), salt, flavouring.
