Black winter truffle pieces.
These winter truffles are cooked in truffle juice with a little salt and can be used like fresh truffles. Cut into small pieces or sliced, they are ideal for making terrines, pâtés, sauces or cream cheese. For sauces, they should be sautéed in a little olive oil beforehand.
Drained weight: 35 g
Store in a cool, dry place.
