BroodDe Saint Gall is the largest wine cooperative in Champagne with over 2,500 members. With a reservoir of good base wines from selected locations, they have been producing champagne under the name de Saint-Gall since 1990.
Rose: 50% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 17% PN vinified as red wine. Ideal aperitif champagne, but also highly recommended with many other dishes or fruity desserts.
