Dosage: 6g Disgorged: 10/2022The Rosé Majeur contains all the aromatic finesse of the champagne wines of the House of AYALA. The House's emblematic grape variety, Chardonnay, is found in this cuvée at 51%. This gives the rosé freshness and elegance.
The Pinot Noir comes only from Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims.
Assemblage of 24 different vineyards from the 2019-2016 vintages. 6% Grand Cru red wine so that the rosé turns pink.
The focus during production is to let the fruit of the Pinot Noir shine.
51% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier
