Shrink-wrapped and always immediately available and in the version from the photo with noble mold. The version without plastic not only protects the environment (no plastic and no cold storage), but is also a little cheaper and perhaps most importantly: in our opinion, it even tastes a little better. You just have to be patient or plan ahead. This version is only delivered fresh every 4-5 weeks.
The actual weight may vary slightly from the item description, as everything is still handmade. The price is calculated based on the estimated weight.
If the sausage is lighter (very rare), the difference will be refunded.
If the sausage is heavier (usually the case with fresh goods), the extra weight is only an advantage and a saving for you. The product does not become more expensive.
