This slightly spicy, flavorful salami is made from pork and beef and enriched with chilies, spices and red wine.

Ingredients: Pork, pork fat, salt, pepper, spices, natural flavors, dextrose, sucrose, antioxidant: E300, preservatives: E252 & E250.

Sealed and always readily available, the version shown in the photo features a noble mold. The plastic-free version not only protects the environment (no plastic and no refrigeration), but is also slightly cheaper and, perhaps most importantly, tastes even better in our opinion. You just need a little patience or plan ahead. This version is only delivered fresh approximately every 4-6 weeks.
