Since the shipping companies are now anything but fast and reliable, it is no longer possible to work with the comparatively short best before date of the sausages, which is now only 2 weeks... used to be 4 weeks.

Tuscan fresh sausage, also known as salsiccia or salcicce. A traditional product from the Montalcino Salumi butcher. Highly recommended.

Here with a little garlic and chili (really not much) and a large, all-round bratwurst.
