This classic Tuscan farmer's salami features some large chunks of fat and is seasoned with whole and ground pepper. It is matured in a natural casing for approximately two months and covered with noble mold.

Sealed and always readily available, the version shown in the photo features a noble mold. The plastic-free version not only protects the environment (no plastic and no refrigeration), but is also slightly cheaper and, perhaps most importantly, tastes even better in our opinion. You just need a little patience or to plan ahead. This version is only delivered fresh about every 4-5 weeks.
