This ham is made from free-range Tuscan pigs and has a very spicy taste. The ham is boneless and has a layer of pepper. It is allowed to mature for at least 18 months.

It has a very spicy taste. It has been aged for at least 18 months and is soft when cut and has a strong to light red color. Ideal for a Tuscan buffet.

If you order in advance, it is also available seasoned with fennel or pepperoni.

Ingredients: pork, salt, pepper, natural flavours, spices, sucrose, dextrose, antioxidant: E301, preservatives: E252, E250.

The actual weight may vary slightly from the item description, as everything is still handmade. The price is calculated based on the estimated weight.

If the sausage is lighter (very rare), the difference will be refunded.
