These pralines are pure sin. The finest Piedmont hazelnuts are blended with dark chocolate. Tartuflanghe uses only the "Tonda Gentile delle Langhe" hazelnut variety with the Protected Designation of Origin (IGT) for its Dolce d'Alba. It is cultivated in the area around Cortemilia, in southwestern Piedmont. Tartuflanghe truffle pralines are also available with white chocolate, with real black summer truffles, with an amaretto and almond flavor, or as a coffee and cocoa bean praline.
