Winter truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) extra, brushed
Particularly round and beautiful truffles with a very good degree of ripeness. They are cooked in salt and truffle juice. Fully preserved.
Can be used like fresh truffles; cut into small pieces or sliced. Ideal for making terrines, pâtés, sauces or cream cheese. For sauces, they should be sautéed in a little olive oil beforehand.
Once opened, store in a cool place and use within 4 days.
