0 g Disgorged: 09/2022After extended maturation in the wine cellar, the Brut Nature is wonderfully elegant and aromatic. The cuvée is characterized by a deliberately extended autolysis, which further highlights the wonderful quality of the grapes from the best cru sites in Champagne.
This wine composition, which consists mainly of Chardonnay but also Pinot Noir, was created without any artifice. A small amount of Meunier completes the composition in all its finesse and contributes to the pure, balanced character of the champagne.
55% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier
