The Cordeuil Pere et Fille winery in Noé-les-Mallets is now run by the third generation of the family. The vineyard area covers 4.2 hectares. The majority of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir, while Chardonnay covers 0.8 hectares, and Meunier and Pinot Blanc each account for 0.2 hectares. The winery is managed by Gilbert Cordeuil and his daughter, Erlande. Fermentation and aging of the base wines take place in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wines then age for at least four years in the bottle. Vintage Champagnes can even age for up to 10 years in the estate's cellars.

Das Weingut Cordeuil Pere et Fille in Noé-les-Mallets wird mittlerweile in der 3. Generation betrieben. Die Rebfläche ist winzig mit lediglich 4,2 Hektar. Der Großteil der Rebfläche ist mit Pinot Noir bestockt, Chardonnay wird auf 0,8 Hektar angebaut, Meunier und Pinot Blanc auf jeweils 0,2 Hektar. Das Weingut wird von Gilbert Cordeuil und seiner Tochter Erlande geleitet. Fermentation und Ausbau der Grundweine erfolgt in temperaturkontrollierten Stahltanks. Anschließend reifen die Weine noch mindestens 4 Jahre in der Flasche. Jahrgangschampagner reifen sogar bis zu 10 Jahre in den hauseigenen Kellern.
