This Franciacorta is really different! The young entrepreneurs are breaking new ground! It starts with the fact that this Franciacorta, made in the champagne style, is only matured in steel tanks. Some people will miss the usual barrique aroma. But we are simply delighted.

The grapes are selectively harvested by hand at the end of August - beginning of September (baskets of max. 18 kg). The average annual production is: 14,000 bottles - 250 magnums - yield per hectare: 95 quintals of grapes / ha = 55 hl / ha. These new paths in Franciacorta clearly set themselves apart from houses like Ca'Del Bosco.
