Selected giant Gordal olives without pits combined with onions, garlic, olive oil and parsley. Ready to serve as a tapa. Based on a traditional recipe from grandmother Ana María, which has been passed down for generations: intended as a small salad starter with simple but tasty ingredients in difficult times. Today, as in the past, the onions are hand-cut into julienne strips and mixed with a little garlic and parsley. Served with white bread and a cool white wine. Simply delicious!
