Ingredients: water, 45% PECORINO ROMANO DOP CHEESE, 8.9% PECORINO CHEESE, emulsifying salts: sodium citrate, 0.5% black pepper.

Heat the sauce over low heat. Add the cooking water to obtain a creamy consistency.

Store in the refrigerator after opening.
