Once again, Ingo Holland has demonstrated his skills and developed a potato mash seasoning for Tim Mälzer that gives even simple potato dishes an incomparable aroma. His tip: Cook mostly waxy potatoes, add olive oil or butter, sprinkle with the seasoning and mash with a fork. You can also use it to season fried potatoes, mashed potatoes or baked potatoes.
