The Balsamico Condimento Pregiato has been aged for 10 years in wooden barrels, has less than 6% acidity and is therefore sweeter and softer than Aceto Balsamico of the same age. It is a real alternative to the Tradizionale. With its very mild and balanced taste, it goes best with desserts and light main courses, e.g. glazed duck breast with oranges or balsamic parfait with marinated nectarines.
