Very fine and renowned oil from the ancient Alziari oil mill in Nice. The golden yellow cuvée was cold-pressed from fully ripe olives and, with its fruity, mild finesse, is particularly tasty with cooked dishes and also with fine raw vegetables. On the palate, this olive oil clearly develops its fruitiness with light notes of mango, artichoke and nuts. The scent of fresh almonds is also found in the taste and is intensified in warm dishes.
