This Hungarian paprika has a wonderful, fine fruity quality. It was hand-picked and stone-ground. Its spiciness should not be underestimated. As a sweet and hot paprika, it goes well with duck, cream cheese, most pulses and vegetables, chicken and veal, rice and pork, depending on your preference. Paprika does not like strong heat, otherwise it becomes bitter.
