For me, this is a truly classic salami. If you simply want to try Italian salami without being surprised by any seasoning or ingredients, this is the place for you.
The sausage is simply added with finely ground fat and then seasoned with whole and ground pepper. It is matured in a natural casing for approximately two months and covered with noble mold.

Sealed and always readily available, the version shown in the photo features a noble mold. The plastic-free version not only protects the environment (no plastic and no refrigeration), but is also slightly cheaper and, perhaps most importantly, tastes even better in our opinion. You just need a little patience or to plan ahead. This version is only delivered fresh about every 4-5 weeks.
