From the end of September to December 31st. In our opinion, not recommended before the end of October.
Occurrence: approx. 25 tons/year in the Piedmont / Alba area.
The truffles range in size from 30g to 100g (sometimes larger). These brownish-white truffles (tartufo bianco) have a relatively smooth surface and an intense aroma. The color of the flesh varies depending on the tree (nut-colored to cream-colored), and the shape depends on the soil conditions.
White truffles are usually shaved raw over finished dishes. Allow between 5g (a small appetizer) and 15g (a generous portion over a main course). This truffle is harvested only in Alba and is individually packaged and sealed. The source is certified and verified by the city of Alba. A white truffle of the highest quality, with a certificate.
Minimum weight: 40 g

Price fluctuates daily. If the supplier has raised prices, we may unfortunately have to add an additional 10 to 20 cents per gram.
Unfortunately we don't have a data interface.
It depends on numerous factors. Harvesting isn't possible if it rains, for example.
