Fermentation and maturation takes place in barriques for 10 months.

The Petit Manseng is straw yellow in color with very intense, fruity aromas (dried fruit) and mineral nuances. It has a pleasant acidity and impresses with its structure.

Goes perfectly with Asian dishes or pasta with bottarga, but also simply as an aperitif.

Franz Haas

Beim Weingut Franz Haas wurde im Jahre 1880 das Fundament für den heutigen Betrieb gelegt. Aktuell ist es unter Führung der 7. Generation "Franz Haas". Der erstgeborene Sohn wird immer noch Franz genannt.

Seit 2000 werden immer mehr Weinberge in Höhenlagen zusätzlich gepachtet und angelegt und jeher wird naturnaher Weinbau groß geschrieben.

Die wunderschönen Etiketten werden seit 1990 immer von dem Künstler Riccardo Schweizer entworfen.
